The Grand Opening on Volkswagen’s new plant took place in October 2016, in the new hall in the plant in Białężyce, where the car maker’s utility van, Crafter, is made. A unique chance to hold a ceremonial gala. We proudly provided lighting, sound and vision technology for this event. During the gala, speeches by the Board’s Members and other Guests were broadcast, followed by a concert directed by Adam Sztaba.
The project involved providing comprehensive event technology, both for the front stage and the back stage.
For the front stage we provided lighting, speaker system, vision (displays and screens), the stage itself and platforms. For the backstage, which included catering, dressing rooms and the main wall, we installed decorative lighting and the sound system. We were also responsible for darkening the hall’s skylights and windows, using special material.
